Older property that has been renovated some. Breakfast was not as good as best western normally does. Homeless people were out in the parking lot walking around.

We were in a pinch for a place to stay for a night while on our route traveling with our dog. The hotel itself was fine but our room was so hot (80 some degrees) and the heat/cool unit did not work properly. Set on the highest cool settings it would come on for 30 secs and shut off. It was really loud every time it started up. It was cooler outside than in our room. The toilet was loud and whined for after flushing for a good 30-60 secs.. Sink faucet also piped wrong for hot/cool side. Overall just an uncomfortable stay.

They allowed my husbands service dog and we could park. Right in front of room

Room was clean. Customer service was great. Shower was great!! Only a few other customers so it was very quiet. If I had to mention a downfall, not much around the hotel but I don't consider that a downfall.

Friendly & courteous staff

The check in was good and that was the only person I have seen. The rooms are dated, but clean and functional.

Nice clean hotel..close to the intestate ( traveling )...good restaurants to choose from...bonus is it's only 3.5 miles from the original KFC restaurant/museum...a must see if you are in Corbin KY.
