The location is fantastic with a ton of parking. Steps away from 2 restaurants and a Starbucks. For the price the service was exceptional- housekeeping everyday. Free breakfast was simple but well done.

Room was nice and clean. They have a great breakfast included with the room.

First time staying there and thought it might be noisy being more motel style but surprisingly very quiet

Convenient

We had asked weeks before not to be at the back, and we were put at the back. Also tried to change it when we arrived and didn’t not hear are wasn’t made clear that it was going to cost more so we ended up changing back. The rooms were a bit dirty, my friends room we found nail clippings on the ice tray by the sink .

Comfortable stop off Highway 1; easy in and out on a road trip. Waffles for breakfast is always a plus! Great water pressure, too!

Very convenient location to walk to all needed amenities- comfortable bed/pillows. The only downside unfortunately is the train tracks close by.

The hotel was worth it. I wish the TV is replaced with the smart tv. The breakfast servers are very friendly. The bed was very comfy.

Reasonably priced

When I booked I requested for a ground floor room bec I have problems with my knee. When I got there she put me in the second floor and when I asked if I can be put in the first floor bec of my knees she said we are fully booked there is no room left. Meanwhile I passed by the rooms in the first floor that was empty in the first floor for my whole stay. They have sheer curtains and you can see if the room is empty. She just didnt want to change it bec its probably work for her. Then on the breakfast room the pancake mix was always empty and when you ask the lady to refill it she gives you this look of really. The property is clean and nice and clean but customer service is horrible. Too bad how a good hotel is ruined by lazy staff.

One night stay while in town. Staff was great, room was nice and comfortable. Starbucks & Mr. Mikes close by. Didn't try the breakfast.

Room we received was pet friendly (did not have animals with us) but room full of pet hair.

Friendly staff, great location.
