This is my second time to stay here. It's a great place to spend the night on my annual trips from Miami Beach back home to Nashville. The room is comfy with a fridge and microwave, and the hot breakfast is a real plus. This time I did have a problem in that the fridge was not cooling in my room, and I had some special dietmeals that needed a working fridge, but the staff was so nice, and they moved me to another room where the fridge worked. I will stay here again.

Very few restaurants in this area. I didn't like outside entrance. Back area parking lot NOT well lighted.

Excellent breakfast

I left a very important item in my room after checkout. When i called about it I was told nothing was found in the room. Very disappointed with myself and the cleaning staff for not turning it in. I will be contacting the police.

Older hotel. Asked if they had eggs. They said they did. They had powdered eggs. Not what i meant when asking.

Great place to stay

Hotel has outdoor walkways instead of indoor hallways, if that makes a difference to you. Bed was fine. Carpet and wall coverings worn, AC/heater noisy, the bathroom hasn’t been redone in about 20 years, TV is 32 inch (small compared to competitors), breakfast area very cramped. Don’t know why this place is rated Very Good.

Thde hotel is VERY dated and our foom smelt musty. no good places to eat lots of fast food places . I would not stay in this location again

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews in the past however our experience was not a good one. We checked in went to the room and it looked like wasn’t completely done yet, the chair was pulled apart still with cushions on the floor. No big deal… The room smelled EXTREMELY strong like pine cleaner and for how strong it smelled you would have thought the room would have been cleaned immaculate but it was just dirty. Dirty like I should have worn flip flops in the shower and didnt want to walk bare foot. Also the Heat/AC unit didn’t work. The constant fan wouldn’t turn on and if you wanted heat or AC it would click on and rattle for 10 seconds and then turn itself off. The Door also would stick itself shut so going out the door you really had to pull. If a non strong person goes in there I can see some phone calls to the front desk happening to let oneself out. No fault of the hotels obviously but the train goes by NON STOP and is LOUD ALL NIGHT. Wish I would have known that at least so thats why I’m including it in my review. I did speak to the hotel in the AM about the issues they advised me they would have Maintenace look into the issues. Hopefully they do.

Front desk was helpful and very informative. Good location for road travel

While the staff was warm and welcoming the room was icky. The room had a moist smell and the bedding was questionable.
