It’s fine. A bit outdated. I liked the huge bathtub in the actual room, where I could watch the tv while relaxing.

The room was incredible. Bigger than expected and very well kept. The jetted tub was a great bonus to our stay. The pool was very clean and warm. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff was great!

Pleasant staff and hot tub king room was fantastic! Good breakfast as well and located close to get anywhere fast.

Hotel had a mouldy smell. The elevator was not in use due to renovations being completed. Room looked nothing like what was advertised. I just think there should be more transparency. But, I guess you get what you pay for. The deal was too good to be true!

Room was not very clean dust everywhere ..bedding was clean and comfy Breakfast was not the best was OK As soin you arrive on site outside all 3 flag are all in pièce... When we went for check out the guy at lobby took time to answer because he was on his personal phone Its not a Best Western plus at all

The elevator was broken so that made things tough with 4 kids

Room was clean. Staff we didn't see much but good. The elevator not working and they have a mattress and other with yellow tape. Crisscross.A sign saying out off order would be much better. Suitcase and all going upstairs was very inconvenient.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel room was less than nice. ...mouse traps with rotten cheese on them under the couch and ant traps everywhere.

Staff was great, accommodating, and kind. Pillows were absolutely terrible. Extremely uncomfortable.

The only issue with our stay was that the elevator is not working and didn't know that before booking
