Nice place

I received excellent customer service, and I liked the rooms and the experience at this hotel since now Best Western Plus will be my first choice.

We had to stay here last minute because the highway closed at Raton pass. We weren’t really sure of the offerings but we’re happy to say this hotel exceeded our expectations. We’re glad we booked it

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was a bonus. Good food, reasonably priced, prompt, friendly service. Complimentary breakfast was very nice would definitely stay here again.

This was an emergency stop during a blizzard road closure. Regardless of price, this is one of the best hotels where we've stayed.

This was a great property!

Conveniently located off the interstate, this was an easy stop after a long day of driving. And the restaurant located inside the motel was a bonus since we didn’t need to go out again.

Hotel is very nice, if a bit dated in the rooms. A very good restaurant on site is very convenient for travel.

The interior courtyard where the pool is located was really nice for our family. There's also a decent restaurant and small shop in the lobby area. Clean and quiet room, staff were very nice and helpful, would stay here again and recommend to others staying in the area.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a motel (that was included in the price). Check in staff could be a little more friendly.

Great hotel. Hotel has undergone significant recent renovations that have enhanced the quality of the facilities. Room was very comfortable. There was a great restaurant inside the hotel.

Wil never use this site again. We tried to cancel on line before the deadline I was quoted The site would not let me. I called customer service three times and could not get an agent to talk to

Customer service is great from the moment you walked in. The breakfast in the morning was perfect with a view of the mountains. Not to mention freshly made pancakes to order.

Great facility with everything you need including bar and restaurant. Best motel breakfast by far. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
