I stayed at Leevana Hotel, Hat Yai recently. I really enjoyed almost everything about it: Location is central, close to most attractions — just a 10-30 minute drive to places like Asean Night Market, Greenway, and Lee Garden area. For Muslims, halal food options are nearby, making it very convenient. Check-in was smooth and fast. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Parking is easy and accessible for those driving.

The staffs are lovely and kind. I will come back to stay here again and again.

Good location, easy check-in, parking & friendly staff!

We are group travellers with 6 car. Parking Lot available to cope with nearly 20 cars. Anyhow, need to arrange a staff to control the car parking.

This hotel is comfortable. Good for those who come with family. In front of this hotel there is a dimsum shop, it is really delicious. At night you can hang out on the right side of the hotel there is 7e, in front there is a mamak that has delicious egg rolls. A little above there is a stall that has delicious moi. The room is really comfortable. Worth to stay 👍🏻

I stayed in Leevana Hotel twice, in 2023 and 2025 last May. The location is good because it is near 7-Eleven, halal food, and a laundry center. The room is clean and spacious. The deposit is only 100 baht, so you can save your money.

Everything was good except the noise (music) from nearby pubs or restaurants during late evening and midnight was quite loud and audible from inside the hotel rooms.

The overall area is good. I will come back to stay again next time.

There is no tissue in the room. I called the hotel and they said I had to get it from the bathroom. It's only available in the bathroom. The breakfast is not good. There is only one dish to choose from. It's not a buffet where you can choose your food.

Room is OK. But quite far from center of town. Have to take tutu to center. Price of tutu not fixed, up to the driver have to bargain.

The bedroom is clean but the bathroom walls are dirty and most of the grout has black mold. The edges of the shower are yellow stains.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Leevana Hotel, Hatyai. My room was very spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several attractions. Popular spots like Dimsum Chabura and Kai Tod Decha are situated right in front of the hotel, making it easy to cross the road and enjoy them. Additionally, there is a 7-Eleven store right next to the hotel, offering convenient access for purchases at any time. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom tiles could be a bit slippery when wet. Despite the efforts of the housekeeping staff to mop and clean the area, the issue seemed to be related to the type of tile used. However, this did not pose a significant problem for me, as I took necessary precautions. Furthermore, the reception staff were exceptionally helpful, even accommodating our late-night check-in and offered to assist us to contact an ambulance during an emergency. Their professionalism and kindness made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Leevana Hotel. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to my family and friends. The check-in process is quick. Next to 7E. Ample parking. 24 hour security. Just not recommended for wheelchair users. There are many or those with knee problems. Because the lobby is on level G, you have to go up the stairs from LG. There is no excess lift from LG to G. The stairs can hold high. But the hotel, staff, everything is ok.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. But bathroom a bit dirty. A lot of restaurants around. Infront of main road. Very accessible.
