Very good, friendly staff and quiet rooms.

My arrival at makassar was ealier than the arrival scheduled time. I decided to go to the hotel bcause i carried soo many heavy baggage and soo exhausted from the long tripp. I thought i had to wait untill the check in time. suprisingly, they gave me early check in. Im soo grateful!! The staffs are really friendly and helpful (the receptionist, the bellboy, the security, the housekeeper) unlike the previous hotel i stayed in mks. The room is clean and has a nice city view. Love the hibiscus painting hangingg on the wall!! I think im gonna book this hotel again if im back to makasar.

Okay, cool, good, really cool, clean and tidy, but it needs to be updated again, you have to be more diligent in cleaning, the important thing is that it has to be clean and. Far from animals and the food is delicious and clean, it has to be clean.

Daily menu during my stay for 7 days 6 nights: porridge, chicken, egg, fried rice and soup. TV almost all channels are blurry & has been repaired but still can't work even though promised to replace the TV, the shower is broken and the hot water is cold and was only repaired on the 4th day but still can't be normal.

It's hard to borrow an iron, you can't use it in the room.

If I had stayed yesterday, the hot water was functioning well 😞. Overall Enough.

Satisfied. Will return to this hotel on my next vacation.

I am only a few of the guests who when entering the hotel will check the TV station channels provided by the hotel. From yesterday's grand maleo, it seemed that the hotel did not care at all about TV channels for guests.
