Rooms were old, dirty and run down. AC barely worked. Staff were not helpful.

Highly recommended! We had a wonderful holiday at this fab hotel. Friendly staff made us feel really welcome. It has 3 pools (1 for young kids) with plenty of sun loungers and a great entertainment programme - daily activities and a different show every night. This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be back.

Very nice apartament for a couple, great hotel service, even when we checked out we could use the facilities for the day such as luggage room or courtessy room for a quick shower after the day on the beach. The only minus was no kettle in the apartament and very poor wifi but we managed anyway. Highly reccommend the apartaments. In the area was everything we needed: shops, pharmacy, restaurants, beach altho better one is further on the right called Pinet beach and boats to San Antonio or other beaches. The area is a bit spoilt by construction sites as new hotels are building up but apart from that is perfect for everything else.
