Pleasant and clean. Couldn't figure out the heating/cooling in the room but otherwise enjoyed the room and the motel.

It was quiet and the staff was very polite

The staff was really nice, the property is clean. However, none of the ice machines had ice and the drapes in our room wouldn't close, only the window shade, which still allowed quite a bit of light in, so we were wide awake by 6:30. Also, Hilton Hotels, which Hampton Inn is a part of, swapped out their thick, comfy mattresses for smaller, horribly hard mattresses. It's like trying to sleep on a concrete slab. So we won't be staying in Hilton Hotels anymore.

It is in downtown Brigham City, about 4 miles from Interstate 84. Not many dining option close, even by car. Quiet neighborhood but not many services like gas stations.

The hotel was quite good. Service was good too. The internet connection was ineffective and bureaucratic. The tv box had to be reset with the assistance of the person from the front desk.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter and I and my daughter's three children--two of whom are on the autism spectrum. We arrived early and a room wasn't quite ready, but they opened up the dining area for us so we could eat and avoid a meltdown with the kids. They were absolutely fantastic, treating us as if we were the most important people in the world. Can't wait to stay there again!

Bedding smell like clorox. The walls were dirty.
