Phenomenal hotel Perfect distance to castle by foot and restaurants Staff are excellent and rooms superb Hotel even lend out chargers for guests to borrow and return! Will stay again when in lenzburg Felt safe as a debate on her own

MERCURE HOTEL IS VERY NICE HOTEL AND THE BEST IS STAFF BUT ONE THING MAKE MY STAY BAD THAT NO Ac condition available in rooms , you can get noisy fan only .

Beautiful property in a quaint town of lenzberg with a little walk from the castle and town square and just a couple of minutes from the highway.. the stay was very convenient and memorable..

Excellent room, excellent staff, excellent restaurant, and the hotel is at the foot of the hill on which the excellent Lenzburg Castle stands.

Die Begrüssung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten auch einen Balkon und einen Aschenbecher, super für Raucher wie mich ;) Das Bad ist sehr modern und auch Shampoo war vorhanden. Die Minibar ist inklusive und es hatte zwei Wasser, ein Cola und ein Bier. Auch vier Kaffee standen zur Verfügung. Alles kostenlos. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte auch alles,w as man sich wünscht. TOP! Ach ja, und das Hotel hat eine eigene Tiefgarage, auch kostenlos.

The hotel has a good location for the castle, the old town centre and many restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and our room was very quiet. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

very average all round,extras very expensive

Hotel was fine, the room did smell quite a bit of cigarette smoke, not so pleasant, otherwise fine. Local area was very nice.
