Happy with our stay

Good

Location was convenient, staff very courteous, clean, quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Very pleased.

Easy check in and out

Terrible staff! Terrible rooms! Dirty!

Staff and service was great. Booked the master bed with hot tub and unfortunately we did not use it because the water was tinted yellow/brown. Staff did tell us about their water problem and offered other options but upset we couldn’t use it in our room. Hopefully next stay is better.

Staff was outstanding. Friendly and very personable. Breakfast was A1 and the best I have had at hotel stays. Lady in charge of the Breakfast area is an asset to this hotel. 😋 I will definitely recommend and stay at this Best Western when in the area. Thank you Vicki Likwarz

This is my Preferred hotel when i come up to see my kids. Breakfast is ALWAYS good and the eggs and bacon/sausage is made for you upon coming down for breakfast. If you need anything the front desk is ALWAYS available to help and assist you. Very kind people.

Nice staff

Everything was great! Got up in morning and since there was not too many people there the motel did not have eggs or sausage out but a worker asked if we would like some and made us some. Thank You. otherwise there was Apples, bananas, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal or you could make waffles.

Very friendly staff. They were so nice at check in. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to airport

Convenient overnight

We tried to stay for a night; however, we found bed bugs and end up leaving that night. Customer service was also terrible!

It was fine

Was an ok stay! The staff were amazing and accommodated our needs for new room due to other rude occupants in building. The rude occupants let their kids run amuck waking my infant the whole time where the front desk lady had to step in! This is one of my husband and I fav places to come and we usually enjoy our stay one hundred percent but other people ruined it with children who knew of no discipline I wish others had more respect for others in a facility and taught their kids respect! Kudos to all the staff for doing their best to maintain a pleasant environment! Keep up the great work we will come back and we hope next time will be better no fault of the facility just other occupants is all!

Very good clean and good food.

We stay here when visiting friends in the area where we used to live. This property is alway clean, good breakfast, easy parking, friendly staff and good location. Plus we appreciate getting the casino free-play coupons!
