The location is good, connected to Nagano station. There is Donki across the street. The room is quite spacious. However, this is a business hotel, I would say it's not very suitable for bringing kids. I asked for a non-smoking room, but it wasn't available, so we were assigned the smoking room. The smell is so bad I had to buy room freshener.

Exit Nagano station right next to it is this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Old hotel, but as you know, this is Japan, all still well maintain. Love It 🩷

Good and clean hotel and really near station. Basically, it's connected from the 2nd floor of the hotel 🤣. Recommended hotel for travelers

There is a connecting door from Nagano station via Midori food stall. Clean big room with full amenities. Coin laundry (laundry room key at front office) 600 yen but come out dry. Breakfast 2000 yen with a lot local item. Must try their apple juice!

Jr station connects to the hotel so there is no need to go through the outside road.

The Nagano Metropolitan hotel staff is very friendly and very nimble. The hotel is next to the nagano station finger. Many places to eat and easy access anywhere. Nagano metropolitan hotel is indeed extraordinary.
