Perfect place/perfect stay/anytime again. Superb room and lovely hotel environment made our stay here a very pleasant experience

I was initially planning on staying just for a couple of days and then move to the beach, but once I felt the charm of the hotel and staff, I decided to stay for my entire stay on Menorca. The staff is so kind and helpful. Barbara, Debrah, Sylvia and Miracles ( in the restaurant ). If I forgot to mention you, please forgive me. Everyone was wonderful. The room was so comfortable. I had planned on checking out the local restaurants, but I had every meal at the hotel, except on Sunday. Very interesting people staying there. Will will be back!

Small, boutique hotel, very conveniently located in the center of Mahon. Excellent and accommodating staff. Charming space.

Great hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Mahon. Car park nearby makes travelling easy. Lots of little touches make the place a wonderful place to stay.

This is a very special place and I can't wait to return! The entire place is full of charming details along every inch. The rooms are well-appointed and spotless. The real treat is dinner and/or breakfast in the magical courtyard. Amazing food and service. Loved it.

If you stay here you must experience the amazing spa. For a small boutique hotel the hidden spa is certainly something not to be missed.

We did not have a great time at this hotel. We stayed in a room above the front door in the second building. The door makes so much noise to close so we were woken up in the evenings and early mornings. Also you have to pay to use the Spa in the hotel and let Reception know if you want to use the swimming pool only in the mornings. Very strange. We would not stay here again. The Restaurant however is very good to eat in

The minute we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. From the staff at the reception to the hotel location and the way it is decorated, all is in place to ensure you will have a wonderful stay. Ideally licated in the center of historic Mahon the hotel is a very successful and tasteful renovation of a grand old mansion. Rooms are huge, even if you do not choose to go for a suite. Noise from the street can be a little loud during the night if you keep windows opened. We spend an evening at the hotel restaurant, located in a courtyard. The food was excellent. Overall an excellent choice in Mahon!

Can't say enough good things about this hotel: wonderful location, great room, superb breakfast, and stunningly helpful, efficient and friendly staff. A highlight of our trip.

We stayed here for the last 3 nights of our holiday in Menorca, and it was a real treat. We stayed in a first floor room which had original flooring and high ceilings. The hotel is a beautifully renovated town house, with a lovely courtyard for meals (full of plants, chandeliers and (artificial) flamingoes :-) )

After a few initial hiccups (changes offered because of scheduled building contractors) we found the hotel and its staff excellent. The room (4) was perfect in terms of space, air con, comfortable luxury bed, walk-in shower and bath. The hotel shared spaces are clean, have art and design and the upper roof area offer a place to relax with great views of Mahon. The breakfast meals are healthy and fresh and staff very friendly and accommodating. In terms of language, Leia speaks English, Spanish and Italian fluently - and she showed us her fun personality - when our Spanish words barely communicate. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Luxury at a price but we enjoyed our stay.

A perfect spot to unwind and recharge ones batteries in the centre of this delightful old city. Tastefully renovated townhouse and garden courtyard. Polite and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and coffee. All in all a very special place indeed. Than you

Special stay. Very little if any real faults. Amazing breakfast, great chilled ambience, picturesque courtyard, very spacious rooms with particularly nice bathroom. Helpful staff, accommodated our trips to the beach (towels, picnic, parasol) perfectly. Overall, one of (if not) the nicest hotel stays I've ever had.
