I gave 3 stars only because of the affordable price. Please change the carpet in the corridor it is filthy, unacceptable. As soon as I entered I felt like I was stepping back into the 80s, and at that time it wasn't even a quality hotel.

Just perfect for short stay

This is a basic hotel with many younger clients who like to party. Don't be surprised if your neighbour plays music on the balcony at 3am in the morning!

Service for check in and check out was shocking. 40-50 min wait each time. Had to pay a deposit for a TV remote

Very dated hotel. Needs some money spending on it. Mould in the shower tray. Just generally old and needs an update Swimming pool was freezing cold as well

pros - nice pools and great kids play area - nice bkfast area - food was fine .. - staff are very helpful - very clean cons : can't remember one tbh

Poor sound proofing and had to complain to the staff a number of times however only the next morning was we relocated to another room.

Unfortunately on our first night we had to visit reception 4 times after ringing twice from our hotel room. Between 2-6am Two girls next door had 2 guys in their room and decided to have music and drink all night. The rooms are not sound proof with each room also having a joining door with large gaps. Very frustrated we asked to be moved and even threatened to call the police. The on duty security guard kept returning to the room and shouted at them although the girls would suddenly go quiet for 10 minutes before going loud again drinking and smoking the hallways out of air,. A) the rooms were supposedly meant for 2 people and not guests, B) on 6 complaints the hotel failed to rectify the issue, albeit tried , no authoroty or control. C) only the next morning was the reception able to arrange a new room. First night and day of holiday lost to sleep. The next morning we insisted on speaking with the manager who was well aware of us at reception however completely ignored us and failed to offer any apology. Unfortunately after moving rooms, on the last night the noise was repeated by new neighbours crying and arguing. Whilst this is IBiZA and somenoise should be expected, a room is not for partying and the hotel staff were incapable of dealing with the matter. The cleanliness and room service staff are good. Of a 5 night stay, 3 were within reasonable acceptable sleeping conditions. I booked 2 rooms for a large family holiday and as stated, still awaiting an apology...

Arrivée tardive, la chambre était sympa comme décrite, la piscine impeccable, le p’tit dej moyennement bien. Les agents d’accueil ne parlent pas bien anglais. On peinait à se comprendre mais sinon le séjour en général était agréable.

Personal muy amable, limpieza excelente, desayuno muy completo.

La cama sonaba demasiado y se sentían los resortes un poco viejo todo para el precio pero el servicio era bueno

En realidad agridulce fue la estadía, en terminos generales para el costo, lo que ofrece y la ubicacion es pasable. Sin embargo puntos importantes, las camas y todo en general es muy viejo, no tiene parqueadero y un gran problema conseguir uno en las afueras, el desayuno tiene variedad pero como esta hecho para el cliente britanica es exageradamente grasoso, poca variedad de frutas y los “jugos” son de refresco en polvo. La atencion en recepcion fue muy buena y son muy amables. Nunca use la piscina pero la habitacion que tuve era con vista a la misma y siempre estaba muy llena de personas.

Ottima e con molta scelta la colazione a buffet anche se sempre con le stesse cose,Carina e pulita la camera, albergo molto grande ,puo essere rumoroso .

La atención del personal en sí no ha sido mala pero no ponen soluciones a los problemas. La limpieza es PENOSA. En mi habitación había vida debajo de la cama. Limpian por encima y en dos ocasiones de lo mal que estaba, he tenido que pedir que me la limpiaran otra vez. No me han repuesto las toallas en dos ocasiones y he tenido que bajar a por ellas, tampoco te reponian el gel. Además hemos estado 2 noches casi sin dormir porque los de la habitación de al lado estaban de juerga y solo les llamaron la atención para que se callaran en vez de echarlos del hotel por sin vergüenzas, irrespetuosos y mal educados porque ocurrió dos veces. Respecto a la comida... Entramos al desayuno el primer día y costó 10€ por persona y no había nada de variedad y la calidad dejaba mucho que desear. En resumen: NO LO RECOMIENDO NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO

El hotel está muy bien situado. La zona es tranquila. Muy buena limpieza y muy buena atención (Pepe es un sol) No llegamos a bañarnos en la piscina pero las instalaciones se veían muy bien.
