Absolutely love this place

The place and the surroundings are very good. The pool set up with the DJ is a big plus for this place. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The only thing I would say is the breakfast in the morning was very basic and we would eat in other places that was way cheaper in cost which I recommend then eating there. Parking can be an issue as well so you may have to park elsewhere then on the street in front of hotel.

Not sure how this hotel is a 4 star. Noise all through the night. No one behind the desk to check in. No one behind the bar. Very strange atmosphere

The Beach Star was an excellent hotel for my partner and I, it was clean, staff was friendly and informative, and it was in a great area. Definitely worth it and would stay here again.

I think at one point the property was amazing but the pool area, pool are very tired and needs some TLC, staff are lovely, The cleaners are amazing , reception and some bar/restaurant staff.

Excellent hotel

The hotel had a broken AC in the middle of July we couldn't sleep because of how hot it was and they did not turn the AC on for over two days.

The room condition, price and location made this a great place for one night’s stay.

The hotel is really nice and in a convenient location, 10 min drive from the most beautiful beaches of the island. The hotel staff was friendly and polite, the pool area is nice and features a bar and restaurant, DJ playing daily too. The room was clean and simply decorated, the kitchen had all basics (pans, pots, plates, cutlery, microwave...). Overall was definitely great value for money!

Great location and facilities although walls very thin so not much sleep

Excellent experience! Wonderful customer service morning and night staff. Loved the room. Very comfy bed and extra bed/couch as well. Little kitchenette included a stove top, fridge, pots pans,dishes. Great view from room. Very quiet at night. Amazing pool and breakfast buffet was delicious. We booked a day trip and were going to miss bfast ao they gave us a bag of delicious plastries and coffee to go. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Highly recommended!

Hotel generally good value Pool is a bit run down and pretty dirty The staff are nice Rooms are very basic! But the air con works! Shower is also good The sound proofing is terrible - so if people are coming in at 6am you can literally hear every single word! They have had no towels by the pool twice which was pretty draining! The food here is terrible - eat anywhere else (as so many nice places near by) Served a purpose as we barely spent any time here but probably wouldn’t return

Amazing trip!

This hotel is a real gem, beautifully decorated 10/10 staff 10/10 poolside atmosphere great location if you are looking to go to Ibiza and want a place with great atmosphere not but with a tranquil poolside settings with a DJ LOOK NO FURTHER. We will be back in July

Room was fantastic, staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel and pool were lovely. I could not rate them more highly - the downside was the amount of building in the area and the party strip area adjacent to the hotel. Thank you to the staff who were lovely.

Let me start with this review with the director/Manager of the Hotel ANDREA, she was always in communication with the guests, especially when there was an issue or problem. In my point of view, she has handled and directed the hotel with professionalism and integrity to the point that I will definitely come back next year. Regarding, the hotel staff, they were the best, they treated me with respect and made me feel like I was at home. Location was in good walking distance to the town but not too close that you get the late night life noise. The hotel rooms are very noisy. I was woken up every night to the sound of people “doing it”. Also people drinking very loudly through the night out on their balconies until 6-7 am. The beds are extremely loud, even only if turning over in the night. The beds weren’t changed the entire time we were there which I was disappointed in. Also the shower and toilet etc were only cleaned on our last day. I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.
