Very nice and pleasant, strategic location.

The rooms are not soundproof, there are many bars around the hotel that play music until dawn.

First time staying at Hotel 98, very impressive, because the service is good and friendly, the hotel is clean and tidy, the Wi-Fi facilities are good, the AC is cold and it is close to the waterfront, only about 5 or 7 minutes away.

As usual, the best place to stay at the city center.

My advice after showering is wet, don't have a mat, there's no kettle for hot water, there's no rubbish bin in the toilet, there's no tissue on the table, if possible there's a towel, that's my suggestion and I've also stayed twice at Hotel 98, thank you.

The staff was great! The room was spacious for a single lady to accommodate. Clean! Will repeat if I go to Kch again thank you.

1 The room is very clean, the air conditioner is cold, the TV is new and connected to Netflix, 1 more room is the same, only the TV is not connected to wifi and can't get Netflix, and the floor is super dusty, it looks like it's just been renovated and not cleaned, asking to move rooms can't be because it's full of sadness, but the atmosphere comfortable for a sgni worth price.

Really don't know to begin. Because once I step into the hotel lobby already feel uncomfortable at all. Counter also no people over there. Hotel lobby feel very hot. Maybe aircon broke down or what. But counter staff very fast appear and serve me. This one I feel OK. Room condition actually so so. But the bed sheet I feel not so clean at all. Because I see few short hair over the bed sheet even the pillow and the dressing table also got many ants. Overall I just feel this hotel not so clean at all. I choose to stay here because few years ago I got stay here and feel very great. Now totally unbelievable changing.

For good room facilities, a bit far to the waterfront. If the disco music is on, it's a bit noisy because the sound is strong enough to reach the room.

Overall okay. Yesterday was pretty clean. There is a lift and it is spacious. Cck if you want to bring your parents or children.

For those who bring private vehicles parking is difficult, if you come home at night there is no empty parking lot. The hotel does not provide a solution, it is only recommended to park in the bank's parking lot which is not far from the hotel. Please fix the parking problem & provide a card for parking in the basement.
