Awesome staff, easy check in, fabulous facilities

Lovely staff all around from reception staff to the staff around the park, very welcoming and so very friendly and all wished my son a happy birthday. Our kids had the best time, so much to do.

Such an amazing resort it felt like we were on an island with the beautiful scenery and how relaxing it was . Lots of kids and adults to do and staff were friendly and full of recommendations if your wanting to explore the local area.

This park is absolutely stunning - a true oasis! The palm tree covered park makes you feel like every site is private, the facilities and waterpark were fabulous for the kids, resort pool large enough to never feel crowded. Food trucks that come nightly and the coffee food cart by the pool daily was wonderful. The park is 10 minutes out of Airlie Beach but quiet and a perfect base to explore the region. Will definitely come again!

We were wanting to spend the whole weekend there, but unfortunately Saturday there were no food vans after 2pm and we had to go buy coffee as a cabin with 4 adults for 2 nights, we only received 4 sachets Wildlife was great, nice seeing the ducks wandering around the park

A perfect stop over for our small family in between adventure and flight home from Proserpine. Comfy cabins, in-resort entertainment, pool (albeit freezing), quiet despite being close to the busy stretch of road, and friendly staff. The communal outdoor cooking areas were the best and it was so wonderful to see a small community of travelers develop within the resort, respect the space and clean up for one another. Would certainly stay again.

The kids had a great time

Great place to stay with young kids.

We went here for my daughter’s birthday and she LOVED it! The slides are awesome and she also loved the kids club. The cabin we stayed at was lovely. The only thing I’d say wasn’t great was the food at the cafe. No gluten free choices at all and pretty expensive yet standard food. The bus to Airlie is so cheap though so we went out for dinner every night. It was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Brilliant for with the kiddies, endless things to enjoy and tire them out in an extremely well maintained resort

Spacious, loads of fun with waterpark and mini golf. Dated kitchen and bathroom

Streaming Disney etc., was not working well.. Several amenities were also not available. For example one playground was torn down and being replace and the inflatable bouncing pad was deflated. One staff was not knowledgeable about the tours offered in the area and booked the wrong tour for a toddler.

Great family holiday! Facilities were excellent - we'll be back for sure.

It is an amazing hotel.

What a great place to stay, the cabin we had was clean, beds were great, kitchen is well supplied. Bus stop is very close. Also within walking distance of restaurants.

Loved the activities for kids

Everything was amazing. The only feedback I could give which I think is quite important is more monitoring of the pool and slides. Kids and adults do such silly things against the rules and I could not see anyone making sure the rules were followed and enforced. It’s a shame this is needed and people can’t just do the right thing. Especially when little kids are in amongst big kids and adults. I was also concerned the park equipment may get broken when you see 4 people going down the slides at 1 time and watch the slide bend a lot! There was a staff meme we that sits under the shade but I’m not sure what their role is supposed to be as they were not watching at all.

My kids and I had a wonderful time, we enjoyed the pools and slides and spent most of our time in the pool. We gave putt putt golf a go which was so much fun and we even tried to play tennis. The kids enjoyed feeding the animals at the animal park also. So much to do that there’s no real need to leave the resort.
