We were very impressed with the warm welcome that we received from the gentleman at reception. The secure parking was very reassuring. We were also very grateful that a request for gluten-free items at breakfast was followed through. The location of the Hotel du Moulin was excellent.

Nice hotel for a stopover in this lovely town. Room rather small but adequate. Nice breakfast, €12 pp. Free parking in secure car park. Easy walk into centre.

Super little hotel. Very clean modern rooms. 5 minute walk from the centre of Niort. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and sites to visit. Ask for a room not facing the street or you’ll hear the cars. We were unlucky to have construction work wake us up in the morning.

Niort is an historic town with a large pedestrian area. Our hotel by the river is very comfortable and has secure parking and accepts pets. Only one complaint - the taxi service to and from the restaurant zone of La Breche, about 3 to 4 minutes away cost €30 which was a bit of a rip-off.
