A lovely hotel, recently modernised with excellent spa and wellness areas. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were very helpful. We loved the system they had for evening meals- a menu to order from at breakfast. Great choices for vegetarians and vegans too, all very tasty and beautifully presented. A ten minute walk to the gondola and town was an easy stroll and the ski lockers were also nice and clean. Happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a nice mix of modern and traditional. Spa was lovely and the reason that we booked the hotel. We booked with half board and had dinner every evening. The food was mainly very good with salad bar as a starter and then multiple courses. Some notable issues were that the hotel charges for tap water at dinner, which I understand can be a thing in Austria however it seems very unfair to neither show the prices of soft drinks or water on a menu and then charge €3 for tap water and an eye watering €7 for bottled. The service on the whole was poor with plates being clattered around, tables being cleared before we were finished and being rushed through dinner and asked to leave to set for breakfast at 9.30pm. Some of the staff were very invasive rude and abrupt. The younger ladies who served us were very sweet and well meaning but there was a notable issue with service. I asked at the front desk for a spare key having left my key in the room and was very rudely told to return it when I found the old one. The hotel is a walk from the main ski lift. If you want to ski the other areas the ski room isnt located very well to load and unload the car. So in summary its a nice hotel but didnt feel friendly and welcoming and dinner which could be a lovely meal was spoiled by poor service skills. Not the best location for the nearest ski lift and poorly located ski room.

This is a truly stunning property that looks like it has been recently renovated. The loft rooms are stunning with fabulous views. The spa area is huge with spa, finsh sauna, dry sauna rest areas and nudist only area if thats your thing. Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and very attentive.

The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly and nothing is ever too much hassle. The food and drink choices are vast and there is always enough to choose from. The car park and underground car park are a great addition with plenty of space. The hotel is immaculately maintained and it is very clean everywhere. The room is a great size and will amazing views from the balcony. I could not get the air conditioner to work and over the course of the night, the room became extremely hot and it was quite uncomfortable. Also, the bed only comes with one pillow that is very flat so I ended up using two cushions from the sofa instead. It would have been good to have an extra pillow in the room. It was also quite annoying that there were no drinking facilities in the room. No kettle/tea/coffee was provided in the room so it meant you had to always go down to the bar if you wanted to have a drink and just relax on the balcony. Also, we were given a bottle of water in the room on day 1 but this was not replaced throughout the entire stay. It would have been great if you could book your spa treatments online as it was only able to be booked via email which was a long and slow process and it would have been nice if they offered couples treatments as my husband and I had to go at different times but we like to get treatments together. Overall, I loved this hotel, it was incredible, very pretty, amazing staff and I would love to come back soon.

Perfect hotel for a ski holiday. This was our second trip to Mayrhofen and second stay at ElisabethHotel & we will definitely be back again. Lovely hotel with all the necessary amenities and delicious food.

Beautiful hotel with great updates. Not quite sure what it’s an extra $95 if you have an extra person with you. Booked a queen bed room & was charged for having more than myself. Not really sure why. The breakfast was very good, but definitely not worth $95. Wouldn’t stay again due to the price.

Great location close to town centre and station. Rooms decorated and furnished to the very highest standard. Food (breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner) of the highest quality, although main course portions small. Staff very efficient and friendly. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Great balcony (although some town noise inevitable). Only negative for me was no aircon.

The combination of the high standards of service, location to the village, local to the gondolas, spa facilities and excellent dinner service made our 2019 ski vacation very memorable indeed. We we made very welcome and every aspect of our vacation was attended.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at in Europe. The staff is so friendly and the hotel is so amazing. I cannot not say enough about how relaxing and enjoyable my stay was. Plus the area so is so beautiful! I definitely want to come back with friends!

Celebrated my wife’s birthday, asked for a high floor in the hotel but was ignored and placed on the ground! But they managed to move us to the 2nd floor,after the room request was not received I went back to reception and had to remind them that it was my wife’s 50th birthday and wanted the table decorated but at reception they didn’t no, asked for 4 plain ham rolls as we had a early departure but received 2 ham and 2 cheese this was requested from the owners son who was in charge and a bad apple wish we had mad our own from the afternoon tea, when paying the final check out bill they charged us for the room again but it was paid for in advance but the owners son disagreed but after a long search in there files they found the payment but still no apology from the owners son! The hotel has no air conditioning anywhere meaning that the dining area is ridiculously hot and the temperature in the rooms was unbearable which makes it impossible to sleep after 4 nights we was shattered through no sleep asked for a room fan but they had none to hand out to guests

Very nice stay in a classy place. The spa was top notch ! Wish I had more time to enjoy it.

We stayed at ElisabethHotel for 3 nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. As we were travelling without our children it was lovely to have only adults there as it made for a calmer more elegant atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, the room was well appointed and very comfortable, the food was delicious throughout with a good mixture of traditional Austrian dishes and global cuisine, and the spa was extensive, relaxed and beautiful. We enjoyed some of the best skiing we have ever done and had a fantastic holiday. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and resort and hope to return soon.

Left us feeling very disappointed. We were left without power in our room for over 13hrs and couldn't contact staff for help, there are electric shutters on the outside of the balcony which were closed so the room was a blackout for this period of time. We didn't get an apology and when we expressed our disappointment and the inconvenience caused the hotel house manager simply shrugged his shoulders. We had problems with trying to book spa treatments, and some of the waiting and front of house staff were also unhelpful and unfriendly. There was an absolutely brilliant lady in the restaurant with short blond hair who was simply excellent, so thank you. The hotel and facilities are great.

The hotel is very nice, the bed unbielievably comfortable and the facilities met our high expectations (especially the Spa). It is situated in the perfect position, 5 minutes walk to the town center, skibus stop in front of the building, ski rental and sport shop next door. We choose the bed and breakfast option as we liked to exlpore the surrounding area, so we had dinner at the hotel’s reataurant just once. The dinner was the only little disappointment. 5 courses, perfect presentation, but poor performance. The food was not great (overcooked or undercooked) and the charge of 3 Euro per person for a litre of tap water was a bit of a defiance in style that i would not expect from such beautiful place.

Hotel is in a great location for the ski lift and restaurants and bars. The rooms are lovely and big and have plenty of space. The bed was so comfortable you won’t want to get up. Breakfast lacked hot options, only bacon eggs and tomatoes. All spa service full so couldn’t have any treatment in a 4 night stay which is one of the reasons for booking the hotel as it had a good spa. Bar men are very friendly and work none stop to get to everyone
