Dreadful. This photo must be of a nearby property that the owner also has. Wifi works in the office, in the hotel room, it does not. Renovated haphazardly. Run very badly.

The desk lady was really nice and made me feel better when i lost my key and she replaced it with a smile and politeness.The only thing i didnt like was having to drive to drive around the building to get to office.

Looks like they're doing renovations. The room we were in was old and needs new carpet / flooring. Beds and bath area were very clean.

There was no wi-fi or cell service; possibly due to the construction (?).

The room was nice and big. The place was quiet which we appreciated. We had to check in late and left early, therefore communication with front desk was simple. The hotel however is stuck in a time warp and brought back memories of our childhood in the 1990s.

Very clean facility, nicely remodeled, quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful, a malfunctioning TV remote was replaced within minutes. Very comfy mattress, clean room, huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and immediate hot water. parking a few steps away, not in front of room. Many eateries within 1-2 miles. Only downside: no breakfast but as mentioned many eateries for every taste within 1-2 miles

Everything was clean and the rooms were updated. The bed was comfortable.

The beds were fabulous. Our families enjoyed their stay, the pool and the ability to relax. We will utilize your hotel the next time we visit Hayward. Thanks!

Room had no heat or air.

Place was cold, hadd no heat. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

When we arrived at our hotel room, our air conditioner was running too cool our room, it was a warm fall day, but tends to get very chilly at night. We turned off our air conditioner, but we’re not able to turn on the heat as it is regulated through the office. It was freezing cold in our room for the entire night, unfortunately, this was not comfortable for sleeping and nobody in our party slept very well because of this.

Property was dated and needed a "refresh'. Staff, however, was friendly.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. They are working at restoring motel and it will be nice when done.
