The motel was close to everything and overall it was good. The room was a good size, bed comfortable and the food at the pub was great. The airconditioner was set at its highest temperatur e and despite that, the room did not get over18 degrees. This was because there was a constant cold air flow under the door whch flowed through the room, under the bathroom door and through the vent )fan switched off). I suggest that the aircon be serviced and draft stoppers be put on both doors. This will also stop the cigarette smoke from coming in when people smoke outside the room.

Friendly service, quick check in process, comfortable for our one-night stay, close to town, the food at The Imperial Pizza Bar was outstanding.

Always been satisfied with our stay at the Imperial Hotel

I did like the location of the property, There was no staff at the front desk and waited at least 10 minutes before I was acknowledged.

Large spacious clean room with comfortable pillows and bed. Smart tv was great ! Aircon struggled to keep the room warm but it was a very cold day and night when we stayed. Lucky there were extra blankets that kept us warm.

Air conditioner not working

Our sheets were not changed at all, we stayed for 5 nights. The dishes were not cleaned on our second last day, I don’t think the vacuum was run through the place while we were staying there. The toilet was not cleaned. There were no forks in the pantry, only spoons and knives.

Property has good off street parking and rooms are comfortable and clean. Great staff and your bistro lunch and dinner was excellent. Will definitely be back again

Was attending a wedding at Bendooley Estate. This was ideal for the 3 nightsFood was great

The room was clean and looked like a typical motel room that may have undergone renovations. Location is great. My biggest complaint is the overpowering smell from the carpet. Not because the carpet was dirty but quite the opposite. It had that chemical smell associated with brand new carpet. Was way too strong and affected my ability to fall asleep as that’s all I could smell. The beds could do with an upgrade - felt like it sagged to the middle and was very squeaky every time I turned,

Great and friendly staff. The Pub was very safe and comfortable. Room was good, big and clean.

Very clean and spacious. Very well located, with restaurants, shopping etc.

Overall it was good value and the staff pleasant!

We will definitely be back. Happy with location, and fabulous meals onsite.
