It’s very close to night market, Patuxai park and very convenient to go other places. The madam at the Front Desk was very nice and helpful. It is wonderful to stay here. Room is clean and smell good.

Well, we booked a very spacious suite. Price at the time of booking, thousands of trees, clean, with a separate bathroom and shower room. There is a nice hot tub, good air conditioner, good TV, clear, mostly Thai channels. The staff can speak Thai. Communicate softly with the style of Lao people Breakfast is not enough to eat fast, close to the Mekong River, next to the night market, walking about 100 meters, convenient, good, good value.

The hotel is located near the city centre and 10 min walk to the mekong river. Everything was great but the receptionists' ability to communicate in English. I extended my stay through online booking, and informed the hotel receptionist my booking reference number; yet when I checked out, the receptionist informed us that we need to pay additional charge for the extra stay. I ended up paying the charge since I have to catch my flight. I have corresponded with Ms Laky (probably the manager of the hotel) through email regarding the refund of the additional charge. However, up to now (a week after the hotel agreed to refund the additional charge), I have not received the refund. I hope this issue can be resolved asap.
