Great view Pool was great for kids! Lovely apartment

The whole holiday was enjoyable. The process was simple and the apartment was fantastic

Everything about the apartment was as described and the building itself was well managed and maintained by pleasant and helpful staff. The location was central to all amenities we needed and access was convenient. An older property but updated nicely. We felt safe and secure.

The staff were welcoming, the apartments were clean and well equipped, and the location and views were great. Also, the price was reasonable. We have stayed there before and would definately stay there again.

Fantastic room decor - very comfortable and clean

Was great to be on ground level and close to the pool. Door lock didn’t seem to work to the outside area but other than that would definitely rate it as fantastic and would return again

Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment with beautiful water views. Loved the large, private balcony and the swimming pool which was perfect for swimming laps. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable

The water view room 914 made up for the overall cleanliness, there was thick dust sitting on top of the fabric bed head , also behind the bed and top of the fridge , the couch also needed a good vacuum especially under the cushion seating , there was also green dishwashing liquid sitting under the teabags( luckily I had brought my own ) I feel the whole apartment needed a good scrub. I also had trouble stepping over the rather high bath to shower then all the water from the shower ended up all over the floor as the glass screen is not long enough . The pool and gardens are just beautiful there very well maintained. I also found the position of the safe as I checked in on a Sunday ( reception closed ) quite high and difficult to access as I’m only 5 foot 4 , luckily I had my over 6 foot nephew to reach for me also if you have Sinus problems hold your breath going through reception to the lifts as there is a very over powering air fresher in use .

Check in they had the wrong dates for the stay, I was charged too much, the stove top was dangerous (did the burners work or not?), the blinds didn’t cover the windows, the bed was hard... it was an ordinary place!
