Just a good experience

Felt damp and in urgent need of refurbishment, redecoration

Arrived late at night. Key was left for us as planned. Good size room. Quiet enough considering it was full house

Lovely staff and close to town. The pool was a lovely extra to go to after a hot day!

We had a few days away. Good clean room but looking a bit tired.

We only slept the nite there and it was convenient for what we required

Always hard for us as a family of 5 to find reasonably priced accommodation and separate bedrooms. 299 on Devon West was a perfect fit for us, separate bedroom for our 3 kids, easy parking and access to room (ground level) and poolside room. Really happy with our stay at short notice.

Nice place to stay for one night when traveling for work. Clean enough but there was what appeared to be cat or dog hair on some of the blankets. There were also cigarette burns on the duvet cover and in the bathroom sink. Didn't use the tea/coffee facilities but did notice the unopened carton of milk in the fridge was 2 months past its best before date. I also had to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper as there was only half a roll in the room. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room apart from a few hours in the evening, sleeping, and then leaving early the next morning. The rooms don't appear to be very soundproof as could clearly hear people talking nearby and constant noises that seemed to be the floor above creaking with people moving around upstairs. I do wonder how this place would be if it was busy. There appeared to only be a few others there as it was a Monday night. Parking was easy, but if busier I imagine it would be a case of first in first served, and you probably wouldn't want a large vehicle!

Very comfortable room and spacious. Staff are lovely. Would stay here again.

We liked that the room was very warm while it was so cold outside. The beds were clean and comfortable and there were extra blankets. The staff at the motel were friendly and most helpful.

Although a little dated this was a convenient place to stay and met our needs nicely
