We didn't spend alot of time at the Motel but it was clean, nice space and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again if travelling through Armadale.

A really good overnighter as part of my travels

Convenient location clean rooms comfortable bed reasonably priced

The room was very nice but the outside and the public areas were very tired. It is positioned well only a block from town and surrounded by historical buildings. The complimentary continental breakfast was bleak and poorly presented. I think the property’s presentation in all areas outside the lovely room could do will love and more pride especially the reception area, the restaurant and the internal courtyard area.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Exactly what we needed.

Close to the centre of Armidale, while an older style motel the upgrade of the unit has been well done. Very comfortable.

We expected a room the same as (size as well) was described on Wotif but was much smaller. No blackout curtains so room quite light at night. Exhaust fan very noisy and fixed open louvres in bathroom as well so a little chilly.

Looks dodgy from the outside, but the rooms appear to be recently renovated.. comfortable bed, and full size fridge which I found strange due to the size of the room

I love that the room has another room inside with doors to separate the kids from the big bed. It is so convenient and big enough for the family with three kids...So convenient to walk to Central Park as it just infront of it and you can walk with the pram and kids going to the shops... Less than 10 mins.walk to shops.

Great central location for exploring Armidale. It was difficult to find staff - even during advertised reception hours
