The stay was very good, and the best thing about it was the amazing person I dealt with at the venue. Was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

This apartment is just across the road from the beach. Easy walk. Ground floor, behind the reception desk. Views of high rise buildings. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, good size living area and kitchen. With laundry. Fairly quiet, there is a patio, but no view. Could do with some plants to dress it up. Pool over the wall. Night time, the outdoor lights are very bright for security purposes. Comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable. 10 min walk to Surfers Paradise and same to Karrawa Surf Club. Enjoyed my 4 night Stay. The staff on hand were very friendly and willing to help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good location, unfortunately we have the apartment 1A, and wasn't super clean, shower wasn't working properly due the broken tap , toilet light wasn't working, Kitchen good enough But still ok

Staff were great the issue was with the accomodation. Lounge room window didn't open as it was rusted. No screens on any doors or windows. Floating floors were coming apart and had to be kicked down. Dirty condition with hair and dust everywhere. Kitchen light flickered constantly and bathroom light came on intermittently when turned off. Unit is in a tired condition, so it should be cleaned to a high standard which it wasnt. The unit needs a thorough deep clean. Very disappointing considering the high rating the complex had.

Very clean, large space, lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. Easy check in and check out.

Had some disappointing experience with water heater needing replacing during my stay, and my request of an extra clean and an 11:30am check out was unmet. Amenities are similar to cheap motel (soap, shampoo, sheets etc) apartment luxury (2 bedroom executive) so kind of mismatched.

Amazing manager who was welcoming and wonderful with the kids. Close to the beach and vie a from room. A 20min walk to surfer a paradise beach.

Great apartment, very relaxed feel

Inside & outside of property was very tidy & clean. Unit in great location to beach 100m walk max. Great size unit was very tidy & clean with a nice size balcony. Probably only downside was the unit we had was quite dated was expecting something a little fresher but we still enjoyed our stay.

Really big appartement just 2 mins from the beach, lovely pool ahd hot tub too. Everything in the apartment seemed new and of hogh quality. Excellent value for money.

Highly recommend, good size apartment, in good condition with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will go there again.

The apartment is situated in a fantastic location. The property manager was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful stay.. The weather did not play nice so we were very grateful we had such a lovely apartment to stay in .. our apartment was so spacious & the kitchen was fully equipped .. laundry detergent supplied ample towels and toiletries. Great to have a place that accomodates for the amount of people staying eg chairs, lounge etc. Rain hail or shine we had to use the wonderful pool and spa which was heated to perfection. Wifi was great service and an updated smart tv. The location is great with tram services close by and eating places a few minutes drive away. Lillian our host was exceptional from the amazing communication, easy check in & out and accommodating our car I can not say enough about her she was wonderful. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable our little girl did not want to leave. Hope to return soon Julietta, Jim & Anela WA

Good size apartment stocked with everything you need. Everything appeared clean, but there was a sour milk smell in our apartment.

Loved our stay, so handy to have the beach and tram so close by! 26 and sunny does an ok coffee (free extras like syrups and extra shots due to it being $7 for a small cup) if you need a proper caffeine hit, or the apartments provide all the basics for those that aren’t snobby :) didn’t need to bring anything except clothing, the beds are comfy, water is hot and it’s so handy having a laundry in the apartment! Spa is huge, pool was fine to swim in even though we were there in cold weather. No complaints at all, we look forward to staying again.
