Arrived on a bleak Invercargill day, completely underdressed for the weather, was invited for early check in so i could get changed. upon arrival the heater had been switched on so the room was nice and warm. Room was cosy, warm and clean. Parking was great. Highlight of staying here was the hosts, they were attentive, friendly and had some great recommendations on food and activities. Thanks for hosting us.

What a great place to stay. The owners were friendly and inviting, the room was warm and spacious... what’s not to like. Will definitely be staying there again.

Owner phoned before departure & offered us two units for the four staying at no extra cost and on arrival was so helpful & friendly.

We arrived on a cold wet day to find our unit had the heater on. Wifi worked well as did Netflix. Our host also brought umbrellas as we had a short walk but the rain had not stopped.

Friendly host and hostess. Helped with information in local sights and things to do in the area. Suggested places to eat and helped with directions.

The personal touch. Was arriving after hours so they called to inform me about the key. When I did arrive the owner actually came across to welcome me, introduce himself and shake hands

Great location but far enough off the road to not hear the traffic.Comfy bed and Netflix was a bonus.Very friendly and accommodating staff-I will stay there again

Great place, convenient to ILT, and within walking distance of two very good restaurants.

Weather was not wonderful but that wasn’t the fault of our hosts, they were friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, as was the bathroom. We would have like to have a bigger couch a bit of a squeeze for two adults. We were very unhappy with the very thin loo paper, most unpleasant!wifi

The hosts were friendly. Towels were offered clean daily and the room was nice which can accommodate up to 5 to 7 people but a couch won't fit all. it has a laundry room containing washing machines and dryers and clothing lines if hanging outdoor.

Very helpful and easygoing staff, good unit and very clean and tidy. Would've been nice to have had an extra 2 seater couch to accommodate 4 people but appreciate the lack of space. Overall, would definitely recommend to others.

nice little place, everything you need is there, bit of a hike to town but nice and flat so good exercise. nice owners, highly recommend this motel to anyone staying in Invercargill.

Nice modern facilities, warm and has awesome shower pressure. Nice big living/dining area, and really comfortable beds. Motel backs on to a big park suitable for walking the dogs.

Nice Staff. Room ok but needs renovating. Not much kitchen just sink and portable hotplate.
