Street noise was a bit loud with party goers. Would stay againg though as great location and a lovely property.

Everything was perfect

(Our particular room.) Dirty dishes in kitchen cupboard. Light did not work above bathroom sink. Fan in bathroom did not work. Bathroom tap not functioning properly. Microwave needs updating.

Parking was great as there are no parks on the street. Key pick up was well organised. Disappointed that we didnt have any hot water from the second nightcof our stay

Lovely place to stay, very close to all amenities.

Great location. Had all that we required, like a full size fridge and washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Awesome location very close to dining, shops and even closer to the beach. The rooms are a bit tired and, yes, the other reviewers comments about those beds, are true. They are definitely not what you will find at your usual Hilton or Quest Hotel. The curtains are a tad sad and the rooms are decorated the same way they were when I last stayed ten years ago. But...it's clean, safe, brilliantly located, the complex is well maintained and that Cycad in the middle is HUGE. For the price, this is a great place to stay for (in my case, self funded) business or as a leisure traveller looking for great value.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom property which was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. Great location and front desk was very friendly.

TV had no channels so went to bed after returning from dinner. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable and the blinds didn’t block any of the outdoor lighting. Mustn’t be any sound deadening either as I could clearly hear every conversation in the complex…

This property is extremely disappointing. It Is not a 4-5 star, at the most it would be a 2 star. - no staff are ever around or available to speak with - the Queen bed slats all fell out as soon as I sat on the bed, hurting my back. My husband fixed but had to sleep on the couch as it kept breaking. We are not here big people. - There is zero privacy in the bedroom and it’s stuffy as windows open onto the room next doors front door. - Mould all over bathroom roof - we had no hot water at all on our last day and staff uncontactable and could care less when called. - when I did call the staff member was like there as nothing she could do as not there and would reply to my email when she was. I have still had no reply to email. Do not stay here!!

Lovely staff. Great location

The only good thing this property had going for it was the quiet & safe location at Mt Maunganui- close to shops, restaurants & beach - all walking distance. Room was very run down, needs a fair bit of maintenance & a thorough deep cleaning after maintenance. Sorry, but won’t be staying again on my regular business trips to Tauranga area.
