The room was available from 12:00 on April 11. But I had something to do, so I checked in at 22:00 on the same day. The hotel provided a room that was not as described on the application. I requested to be given the correct room as described. At first, they refused to provide it. They also said the room provided was of the same class. After I strongly requested it. They agreed to provide the same room as booked. But I had to wait 60 minutes to check in. I had booked the room in advance. I also paid for it. Such an incident happened. And the hotel did not have a satisfactory explanation. They lacked respect for customers. And lacked professionalism. The room was not clean. The experience was terrible.
