The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Had no problems when we had to change to an accessible room. Would definitely recommend this motel.

The manager/owner? was a great help in finding our passports we left in the room, and then getting them to the airport for us to pick up. And he did all this kindness. Thank you.

Location was convenient. Room was spacious and comfortable with all amenities provided. Standard breakfast with a good choice of evening meals. Lack of on-site parking was not ideal - had to park at Wilson’s around the corner Check-in staff very friendly.

Our spacious room with king bed and kitchen area was a delight for our two night stay. A 10 minute walk to the downtown octagon meant restaurants, galleries and shops were very nearby. We walked to all galleries, museums and sights. One note: if you want to see the blue penguin colony, book a visit in advance of your arrival!
