Borderline good for a well-known hotel. I made the booking more than a month prior to my stay. In the listing, it states that "stay minimum 2 nights and receive complimentary $100 dining credits". After making the reservation, in the booking confirmation booking, it does not indicate anything about the free dining credits. Contacted app and was told that they need to contact the hotel. Was told that they have been trying to contact the hotel regarding the dining credits but the hotel did not get back. Only 5 days prior to my stay, I was informed that there was a misinformation, and the hotel could not provide the dining credits. Fast forward to my stay. Check-in was a breeze. All the staffs are very friendly. My request for a room away from the lift lobby was seen to. Room was clean but the sofa seat sank whenever we sat. We have to avoid sitting on that section of the sofa. Also, the aircon was leaking and we rang the room service. Was told that they will send their technician to look into it. But no one came. We had to put a bin below the leak to prevent the carpet from getting wet. The technician didn't come the following day either. Other than that, everything else is OK. Room is very spacious. Certainly hope that they will look into service standards here.

This accommodation is perfect for families and if walking is an issue please get yourself a villa which comes with a private buggy so if not just rooms in the hotel will have shuttle around Resorts World Hotels. Front desk was professional and friendly, the porter service was also fast to deliver our bags to the room, didn't get to try the restaurant since my room was not entitled to free breakfast. In short it's a private retreat with five star hotel services and a big room with a big bathroom!

The hotel room is big, clean, perfect for relaxing with family 😊 if you want drinking water there is a dispenser in the hotel hallway. Too bad it was raining there so I didn't have time to swim. There is a shuttle bus/buggy to the hotel.

The hotel is good for family gathering. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. Like the breakfasts very much as hotel guests can chose to enjoy both sumptuous set and/or buffet meals for breakfast.

We were here for my brother 's wedding and were absolutely wowed when we stepped into the humongous room. The hotel staff made sure we were well taken care of by helping us arrange for a baby cot, and an early check-in. It was a superb experience for our first staycation as a family of 3, and we would certainly be back should we spot a good deal from the hotel in the future!

While I enjoyed the big room size, the breakfast were not great especially for this kind of hotel. Room is also very old so the bathtub and everything else looks worn out and not very clean. They did however just updated their TV. Besides that the service was good but nothing special.

The room is great as always. But we were disappointed with the breakfast. The breakfast arrangement is pretty sad, I think because RWS limit the number of employees. Pretty chaotic. The seating is very limited and we stay during PH. If they have a limited number of seats, they can ask us to book in advance. The food quality is much better than our previous stay. However, we were only entitled to 2 sets of breakfast, not even a buffet. I bring only 1 kid and am not entitled to any breakfast. Not a kid's friendly hotel. In other 5 stars hotels, there is no such restriction.

The hotel provided what we require for a honeymoon. The room is super cozy to enjoy and stay in that we forgot to try other facilities. The location is secluded that is far from the hustle and bustle of the city which makes us feel like in an overseas trip but still very much accessible by public transport and food delivery.

The room was luxurious. We were given room that faced the sea and water parks. Room was clean, toilet and tubs were amazing. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool was big enough with two sections. The pond view at place we had breakfast was like a piece or remarking greenery painting/backdrop-except the breakfast served was considered bad for a hotel that cost this much-could only choose one 3 course ala carte for each pax and the choices were limited-only western, vegan or Asian chinese/fried rice, served with bread and tea/coffee/juices. Apart from that, this was still one of the best staycation we had in Singapore.

I had the most quiet time in Equarius that I can just spend time on myself and appreciate the natural surroundings as well away from the busy city, the news and the many crowds especially. The foods is so delicious and yet simplicity is the most I found very close to my heart. I had a great time swimming in the pool every morning where I decided to extend one more day. But I promise the next time I coming back, I will hit the gym and the swimming pool at the same day. To everyone that prefers to go outdoor, just take the shuttle bus that will pick you up every 10 - 15 minutes to the Universal Studio or just to eat. There's so many preferences restaurants to you can pick. Also for some small family that had difficulty to shower especially in bathtub with a big giant mirror from the bed is the main situation where it should be hideous see through from outside when taking the bath. Where we need a mirror in the bathroom as well. So thank you again Equarius. Take Care & Stay Safe. 😀.

While the duty manager manage to change a room for us, but it still cannot hide our disappointment with the hotel. The room was tagged ready and clean however the unpleasant urine stench on the mattress and blanket is totally unbearable. How can the hotel housekeeper missed it: (.

Everything is good except for 2 strands of hair found on the bed. But lots of room for improvement for the breakfast. Very limited ala carte set menu (3 choices), portion was small, taste pretty bad for a 5 star hotel. Definitely not worth paying/waking up for.

Able to check in earlier before going to USS so that we do not have too many things with us for the rides. The shuttle bus service to the main area of rws (festive hotel) come every 15mins so it is convenient to get around easily even though hotel equarius is further in. Take note for those who book with breakfast, you can only order 1 set and yogurt require additional charges. Overall, is a great stay for a short relaxing break!

Hotel service was alright. Rooms were clean and spacious (as per the web booking). Breakfast inclusive left a lot to be desired. Due to current covid protocols, the current menu is Ala carte, but portions are pathetically small. Had the Asian breakfast, that had fried rice and chicken; The chicken was actually chicken “pop corn” type, something that definitely came from a frozen foods aisle, was given 4 “pop corns”. Vegetarian breakfast (taken by my partner), was not impressive. Looked like something that anyone can make at home better. For a claimed 5-star hotel, the catering was left a “bad aftertaste”. There are many other hotels in Singapore that provide better meals for less acclaim.
