The hotel is ok but there is only a small number of the number when checking in. I said the receptionist might check out at the checkout, the receptionist said less than 30 minutes later, no extra charge, more than 30 minutes, the extra charge so when I checked out 20 minutes late, the same receptionist always told me to pay 60000 more, I still paid, because it was not worth it

The Tolet was foul, the door was broken, I booked a VIP room, but when I received the test, I transferred it to the super room and it cost me over 110k. When I check out 12g5 'the exam says there will be an overtime charge. And I didn't go back to the hotel before 12pm to check out so I asked for the cleaning staff. And finally to forget the shirt in the closet. I haven't checked it yet

Too disappointed in quality and service attitude. Bringing guests to the bottom room of the first floor room with a bad smell that the staff did not check before delivering the room to the guests, then having to ask the staff to move to another room under the acknowledgment that the odor could not stay. After moving to another room, in the evening of that day, the smell of the sewer coming into the room continued to be unable to stay at the pharmacy, calling the staff to confirm the second time and requesting the next room transfer. Because I missed paying for 3 days, I could not pay the room

Staff attitude is very uncomfortable. The invoice amount does not match the booking amount.
