Great location. Will stay again maybe we caught a staff member on a bad day. The bar was apparently busy the day we were there. One lady was very helpful and even though had mentioned to someone else she was already meant to have gone home was still helpful, polite and approachable. Her colleague from the front desk that came to help was, I will say, less so! Not everyone is equipped for customer service.

Property is fine. Centrally located. Clean ,Staff are great. Two issues. We had to park on the street as all hotel parking full, also the bed was terrible, way too soft. Mattress needs replacing.

Aircon was broken in room, was advise when booking in, was given small fan heater and extra blanket, however fan heater was useless and noisy. No compensation offered or another room when your sign stated you had vacancies.

No exhaust fan in bathroom/toilet. Power to bed head switch faulty. Dirty side of basin. Both cards to access didnt work. Parking was linited and therefore unsecured . Noisy

Great location with fantastic views over the harbour facilities. Staff really friendly and helpful. Layout of hotel really good, bar was good. Had a great time. Would recommend

Sea views, friendly service!

Ocean Centre Hotel was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was lovely, and staff were very helpful. It was great to have the bar at the property to have a relaxing drink with friends.

We booked an ocean room which from the pictures looked like it was right on the beach. We arrived to find out our room was on the 2nd floor & looked out on street parking with alot of work trucks & a kids playground.

Very noisy, could hear everything in the hallway and in the next rooms, not enough parking for the amount of rooms. Rooms service and restaurant not available every night. Great location, clean rooms with modern bathrooms.

the stench of tobacco in the room made this very unpleasant and I woke up with a cough. Other wise the price was on the high end and the bed was comfortable and onsite parking was limited

CJ/Ms Fox provided excellent customer service and support. The breakfast staff in the Sirocco were friendly, and provided excellent service. The breakfast menu was very good as with the food, fresh squeezed orange juice was tasty, as with the coffee offerings.

Property is outdated, rooms are small.
