Great place . Quiet, great staff, always stay here when in Mackay if it’s available.

Good meals next door at the Hotel. Love the supplied complimentary breakfast.

Everything we needed

Clean unit, excellent cleaning staff are very attentive to detail. The breakfast they leave in the unit each day is good. Chairs need replacement. The shared balcony is not private enough to use. But it's generally quiet, clean, well appointed, and next to the Shamrock which has excellent pub grub. Not close to downtown or Caneland mall, but the nearby Botanical Gardens are nice to walk around. I've stayed multiple times and will be back.

Great location, excellent room

Short weekend stay for sports championships. Great hotel with restaurant attached. Friendly staff. Much bigger room than expected with all amenities. Highly recommended

Large room with plenty of storage space if you wanted to unpack. Heaps of room in kitchen area equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. We enjoyed the balcony which overlooked the pool area and adjacent Shamrock Hotel Conveniences within walking distance Easy check in

We have stayed here many times and the service, unit cleanliness, front office staff each deserve 6 stars, however only 5 are available. Thank you again for making our stay an enjoyable one. We will be back when next visiting MacKay.

Check in was easy and supper friendly and welcoming. Only issue was the washing machine in the room wasn't working but the receptionist offered to do the washing for us.

This motel is all about professional service with exceptionally clean units and helpful and engageing staff. Thanks to front office and housekeeping for enabling an excellent stay.

Nice property, good service (except that they forgot to make up my room one day), quiet, bistro in the hotel is good. Will definitely consider for another stay.
