I booked 2 Delux Room Rooms on July 24, 2019. When checking in the room was declared full for the room. When we will ask for a refund it is answered by Ms. Dewi / Indah, who at the time was not on location via telephone, stated that she could not and did not take care of Traveloka. Because I was lazy to argue and it was already late in the afternoon, we finally decided to accept an offer in a Standard Room which was priced below the Delux Room. Maybe in the future Traveloka can provide information to Hotel Partners for the refaund process. And this is our first experience during booking at Traveloka
