There is no Wi-Fi in the city center. There are problems but they are not fixed. How can you check in customers without internet?

Clean hotel, enthusiastic staff

Pros: Housekeepers have better service minds than front desk workers.

The air conditioner is not cool. The old air conditioner is very noisy. The color on the wall is peeling off. It is not worth the price.

Inform the customer when checking in if we have children staying with us that they have to pay for breakfast. Don't just go sit down and eat and then walk up to the dining table and tell them. It would be great if you could clearly state this to the customer.

Everything is very good except the bathroom has a musty smell and should be improved.

ห้องกว้างมาก ขนาดห้องใหญ่มาก สะอาดดี แต่ว่าเครื่องปรับอากาศต้องใช้เวลานานในการทำห้องให้เย็น เพราะอากาศร้อนมาก การ์ดได้แค่ใบเดียว ทำให้เราไม่อยากออกจากห้อง สภาพโรงแรมยังไม่เก่ามาก แต่ไม่สดชื่น เท่าไหร่ ดูเงียบเหงา

ห้องพักกว้าง อยู่ในเมืองไม่ไกลจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดี

บริการดีตั้งแต่พนักงานต้อนรับไปจนถึงแม่บ้าน ห้องพักก็กว้างขวาง สะอาดสะอ้าน ไม่มีเสียงดังรบกวน เครื่องนอนหอมไม่อับ ที่นอนหมอนนุ่มนอนสบาย อาหารเช้าก็หลากหลาย ประทับมากๆ

จอดรถสะดวก เงียบสงบ มีฟิตเนส เตียงนอนสบาย มีมุมนั่งทำงาน

ห้องนอน กว้าง ห้องน้ำใหญ่ มีสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนต ราคาถูก

Super cheap cost with free breakfast. The room and breakfast are alright.

สิ่งที่ได้รับไม่สมราคาที่จ่ายไป ลืมของไว้ในห้องตอนเช็คเอ้าน์. กลับมาถามก็ไม่กระตือรือล้นจะหาให้. และก็หายไป ไม่เจอ เสียความรู้สึกมาก

ห้องสะอาด พนักงานน่ารัก จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

This is a 4 star hotel, no soap in the shower, no shampoo, toothbrush or any other toiletries. Breakfast didn't have coffee 😞.
