Great room great staff fantastic location and excellent breakfast would definitely recommend and stay there again

Spa is brilliant

The room was clean and a reasonable size considering it had both a double and a single in it. The staff were very friendly. My only issue was the bathroom. The water pressure was poor and the shower head over the bath was very low, as pipes had been boxed in.

Room was in a poor state and in need of refurbishment we did request another room but the one they said was last one we had left was worse than the original. The hotel has only one lift and this was completely overtaken with staff moving laundry and cleaning equipment from floor to floor not acceptable.

The receptionist was very helpful when we reported a fault with our shower, and she arranged for us to move rooms and upgraded the room.

Good location and parking if you arrive early enough. Spa facilities were very good and breakfast was nice. Sadly the room was disappointing. Advertised as having a shower above a bath but we only had a very small shower cubicle and no bath. There was no towel rail or hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. The sink tap turned one way for hot and the other for cold., the hot was extremely hot. Electric sockets were floor level and hidden behind furniture which we had to move to be able to charge our phones. The furniture seemed tired. We did enjoy our stay but would not stay in room 430 again.

Clean and spacious room, leisure - swimming pool exceptionally clean and very relaxing.

The room was not clean, multiple facilities were dirty. The kettle had old water left in and inside it was dirty. I asked for some towels and this took 5 hours to arrive at my room despite multiple messages and personally visiting reception.

Room outdated awful bathroom door just scraped along the floor breakfast could be better would not stay again

Clean room, staff very helpful. My bedside lamps weren’t working and they sent someone straight up to fix them. Good breakfast as usual
