It was an average larger hotel but we felt a bit disappointed by our stay, unlikely to return. The room was next to a dual carriage way and noisy with the cars/smelt of petrol fumes, when requesting a change of room we didn’t get much response. The place was generally a bit run down. The breakfast was ok but limited to traditional cereals and an average cooked breakfast- little choice for vegetarians, continentals or those who wish for more healthy options.

Lovely stay staff are friendly breakfast is excellent fresh and delicious. Spa is lovely & relaxing.

Really good location, friendly welcome. Breakfast good and freshly cooked albeit always the same. Didn't eat evening meal there but plenty seemed to be enjoying their meals. Rooms were comfortable and spacious Spa very nice and staff were lovely

I visited with my 4 yr old granddaughter. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The prices for food and drinks in the bar were average. Everywhere was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a bit cramped xnd it would have been nice to have more variety i.e mushrooms and veggie sausages. Overall a plesant stay

Amazing, restaurant great room great!

We had a great overnight stay at the Hotel, the breakfast was good and the Spa was just what we needed in the morning, before we checked out. We would happily stay here again

The bedroom wash lovely and clean bedding crisp and clean. Bathroom left a bit to be desired as dust and fluff on things and bath needed cleaned.

Room was small, dated ( not a huge issue) and the wallpaper dirty and scruffy, the room was dusty. The bathroom was again very small, dated, the shower was a nightmare to get right, water pressure was good. Again dirty behind tap fittings and wall fan. We could hear the neighbours snoring so walls are fairly thin. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of t.v channels. The pool was ok, not the cleanest. Location good but beware if you drive here it's 12-15 pound to park in the hotel.

bedding and towels all very clean but the room it’s self needed a deep clean, dust everywhere, if you moved the bed the dust was thick, hadn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time. It’s as if they had taken loads of bookings and opened parts of the hotel that perhaps weren’t used on a regular basis

Breakfast was great, although the waiter clearing the table took away my plate before id finished! Bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. Room was disappointing. Recently refurbished i imagine with an industrial theme, which was fine. But they haven't refurbished the bathroom. It is really dated with a shower that is not much more than a trickle. We werent able to stand under it as it was too low. My advice would be to make the bathroom into a wet room and loose the bath.
