Pretty good value here. Comfy beds, pool with waterslide, hot tub as well.

Clean, quiet property

I was so very pleased with the service I received from everyone who worked there, from the front desk to the lovely lady who managed the Breakfast Bar. Very warm and friendly! I was also very pleased with how clean the rooms were! EXCELLENT! I have travelled a lot in this past year and I have noticed that standards have dropped in many places but not here.

I own a second floor condo in Edmonton and made it Very clear (confirmed twice) that I was only going there for peace and quiet and to get some good sleep and rest. I insisted on a top floor quiet room which was confirmed by phone 2-3 times. When I checked in a week later I was told that the top floor was somehow now fully booked. I got a room with people above me showering and flushing toilets etc facing Hwy 2 the busiest Hwy in Alberta on top of gasoline alley as well. I tried to get some rest but got up 2 hours later and drove back to Edmonton. Didn’t even spend the night. Not cool!!!

Nice clean hotel. Hopefully it is maintained and stays like that for a long time. Easy to get to and get to get out of town. Lots for food options within walking distance. Good stay.

Room was very clean, nice selection for the Continental breakfast and staff were very helpful. Only negative is that the floors are really squeeky and I do mean really squeeky. Heard it from our own floors as well as the room above us and out into the hallways

We really loved the great location of the property. It was convenient to nearby attractions and made getting around a breeze. The pool was perfect for the kids, providing them with a fun and relaxing way to unwind after a long road trip. They spent hours splashing around and having a blast, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

My only complaint is the pillows. Super small and ZERO support. Everything else 5 star.

Love the option of checking in online before arrival!

We were not informed of the water park closure when we booked the room, and we’re not made aware until check-in. We missed the opportunity to cancel this reservation and go somewhere with a working pool and water slide.
