The customer service was very quick and enthusiastic. Around 11 PM, my room door got stuck and I called for assistance; the hotel handled it very quickly. The staff were friendly and helped me weigh my luggage. The meal at the restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented. However, the room was a little dimly lit, but overall it was absolutely wonderful 😘

We have an amazing time staying here. The hotel is worth the price. We got the best view. The room is very clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, breakfast is amazing, and has many options for you to choose. The pool has a nice view, and they also have a playroom for my kid. She enjoyed it a lot. We definitely will come back again.🥰

Nice room, clean, delicious breakfast, enthusiastic service

They renovating rooms in the middle of the night when guests are asleep. And even though complained they continued to work. And after I complained 2 times (after I complained in a loud voice, they just stopped working), they just stopped working at 12 midnight, crazy! I knew they were working, after I saw them take out the ladder and work toolbox. The food was good, location is in front of the beach, nice view from room with the balcony.

The staff are super super super super enthusiastic. Breakfast buffet does not have many dishes but the food is very fresh and good. I'm from Hanoi, but the hotel's pho broth does a good job

Buoi Ho Nghinh .. 2. The room is airy , clean , beautiful , the fragrance of the room is very pleasant . The orchestral music is played very softly , very nice . 3. Especially, the communication style of the staff is very polite and cute, helping guests enthusiastically and thoroughly. Guaranteed conditions, only slow elevators

The hotel is near the sea, you can walk across the street to get there, next to the Be Ni 2 seafood restaurant, which is very convenient. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. The staff helped me carry my luggage up to my room, advised and supported me with places to play. The hotel has an ok breakfast, a swimming pool on the terrace with sea view, and a very nice city view bar. Next time I come back to Da Nang, I will still come back to Diamond Sea.

Rooms and service are very good, only at night sleeping near the beach, there is a music shop on the beach that is a bit noisy.
