Very friendly reception

Clean and comfortable.

Clean and close to the venue I was staying in!

It was ok. The bathroom was not so great. The shower was weird to work and the pipe on shower head sticking out of the wall area. But given the circumstances I had to it was doable.

Check in/out was easy and the clerk was very friendly. The room was in need of updating. Coffee maker and television remote didn't work. A/C was cold and we slept well.

Stayed two nights. On the first night, a ceiling alarm started beeping at 1:30 AM because the battery had died. This is frankly inexcusable; they should have long ago installed 10-year alarms and identified the afternoon they would replace each one so as not to interrupt guests, especially in the middle of the night. Breakfast was a sad affair; the eggs and sausages were cold and of low quality, and the overall variety of offerings was pedestrian. But the waffles come in the shape of Texas, if that's your thing. Other aspects are positive. Convenient location, reasonably modern, comfortable bedding (though the pillows need an upgrade), good strong shower with easily regulated temperature settings. Unit AC as opposed to the always-preferred central air and thermostat. Refrigerator is a plus, inadequate freezer inside it is a minus.

It’s an older property, but the staff were very kind and knowledgeable about the local area.

We were in town for a craft show. We are a vendors and stay here every quarter. This time there was black hair on one of the beds that was't ours. The channel list provided in the room is not up to date either.

This place was dirty, bugs alive and dead everywhere, and majority of the channels didn’t work

The hotel is clean but shows the lack of investment for the price they charge for the rooms. We went to breakfast and it was more of a continental style not a hot breakfast. They had one small personal size soap for both the sink and the bath.

Very simple and plain hotel. However, it was clean.

The picture of the pool online is incredibly deceiving. Online it was blue and clean and inviting. In person, not so much. Dirty, bugs (big) floating and just plain not working…pool chairs and lounges were all broken in one way or another. There were no signs saying it was closed but when I went to the office to ask about the pool they said yes it was closed. This is something that should be mentioned on check in. The pool was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel and we couldn’t even use it.
