Clean, welcoming staff professional and Curtious

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful!!! I would recommend requesting a room on the backside if you are a light sleeper,so you don't hear the traffic.

Got a non smoking room that smelt like cigarettes and dog. Blood stained pillow and found a couple of bugs in the bathroom. I will never stay at a best western again.

Receptionist on check in not very friendly. Otherwise a lovely place and stay.

Staff was excellent! Could use a little seal around the doors to the rooms. Could hear people in the halls at all hours as if they were in your room with you. Other than that it was great.
