Good place to stay in Kerrville. Near the highway and restaurants

A little pricey but overall a good experience

I stay here 3 days, no hot water, try ask for room change, no results, breakfast: not much choice

The staff were nice; the sheets were clean

Breakfast was horrid. Room was clean. Very dated, curtains were ripped. It was too much $$ for the condition and repair of the room and property. The frontdesk was was uninformed. Disappointing for a Best Western.

Another great property to stay at. Everything you need and the ladies that run it are always helpful and very nice!

Room was a little funny smelling. Heidi, the lady working the desk was a really great person. Breakfast was ok.

The toilet ran off and on all night. It felt unsafe. It is right off of the interstate so maybe that is why. The staff was not real friendly. The breakfast was also not real good. We will not stay there again and we like best westerns. It appears that this is more of a truck stop hotel then a family one.

The staff was very friendly. The property was clean. We had an amazing stay. Will definitely book again.

Great little hotel

Great room for budget and great service

This was a quaint place who loves the FFA & 4H kids. We had the Texas Elite Showcase to attend and it was convenient, clean & friendly and the price was right as well.

Large and loud truck parking next door. Breakfast was very limited. Prepackaged muffins and danishes were very dry. Off brand yogurt. Scrambled eggs were dry, pan sausage was greasy and some kind of Mexican burrito was hard as a brick.

Easy to find and clean.

This is not an updated property. However, it was clean and very much met all of our needs for a three day stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we had no complaints !
