The staff was friendly,nice and helpful and the pool view was amazing.

This hotel location and amenities were perfect! Loved having a shuttle into town. The staff were very welcoming. Spa costs are high so check in town before booking and also be careful about taking suggestions of places to eat from the staff. Seems references may be for their family’s restaurants and food may not be as good and highly priced. The pool and views are spectacular!

Our stay was okay, hotel room was comfortable just a lot of bugs outside the room and then some im the room. Breakfast was a 3-10 views were beautiful though and pool was nice. It this hotel needs a lot of work interior and exterior. You can tell it’s old and worn down now.

Such an amazing stay with incredibly kind and helpful staff. Beautiful location as it was secluded from the Main Street areas but not too far. Both walkable and shuttle services. Would recommend to anyone, especially families!

If the hotel going to provide bar, restaurant and room service the hotel should be able to handle it. The swim up pool bar was out of drinks the 1st day there. The 2nd day the bar food service was closed because of a private party they were going to serve. Later in the day I tried to order room service they said they were too busy and to call back in an hour. Try to call back an hour later, the phone was being picked up and put down disconnecting the call. The staff wasn't even trying to answer the phone. Hotel is nice, clean. It is a 20 walk into town; the hotel is on a hill. They provide a shuttle into town every hour which is great if you do not want to walk.

Had an amazing stay here. The pool overlooked the ocean and sunset. They have a very convenient restaurant and souvenir shop attached. The only downfall was they did not have hot water for the showers. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again!

It's a nice place right when at the entrance of EL pueblo of Tamarindo, The place is nice but could be even better, very less options in the all buffet breakfast, also the beach is a bit far and the center is a bit far even though they have shuttle system

Loved our stay and would definitely stay there again! The room was clean, spacious and had a great view. Bed was comfortable, I slept like a baby. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. They have a cat super visor named Ruben but he just sleeps all day lol. The rest of the staff is super friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Rocio and brian were the absolute best.

Was a fantastic stay in Tamarindo! The staff were amazing, the facility was great and we would not hesitate to go back! The shuttle to town was amazing for pickup and drop off. A bit far of a walk but it wasn't an issue. The pool and bar were brilliant too. No issues with bugs like some other reviews said either. Would recommend!
