This property is huge. Nature is fantastic. Good is really good for an all inclusive package. Premium food and drinks. Rooms are amazing, the lower level casitas have an amazing outdoor shower which brings a unique experience. I totally recommend this amazing hotel.

We cannot say enough about this property and the amazing staff with their meticulous attention to detail & comfort of each one of our family members- we had the best trip ever!

We had a fabulous stay at the Fairmont. The booking was done at the last minute because we were due to stay at a much smaller boutique hotel however we were very nervous of having our holiday ruined due to the sargassum (seaweed - google it before booking Mexico). We were already in Mexico and witnessed knee deep 20m wide sargassum belt (rotting and smelly) further down the coast at a different hotel. I emailed the Fairmont whilst in country to check if they had any protection, after they confirmed that they did we cancelled the other hotel and booked here. We are so pleased that we did, you are made to feel special from the moment you arrive and their seaweed protection barrier gave us everything we hoped for, white sands, turquoise ocean and no knee deep seaweed to wade through. The restaurants were lovely, the service exceptional and the room very relaxing. Bikes and golf carts help you to get around whilst the quietness and size of the site didn’t make it feel like you were on a vast resort. One word of advice, book restaurants before you arrive (via emailing the concierge) or on your first day if you’re on an extended trip otherwise you may well be stuck eating at 5pm or 9pm! In high season, this is a must.

Great service attentive and friendly staff this resort is great for those wanting a reset and to enjoy good food they have really good food here probably the best resort food I’ve ever had!

This is definitely one of the best resorts that I’ve visited. The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. The atmosphere was incredible.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. The food, the service and the amenities were fantastic. We have high standards and were satisfied on all levels. Julio, Jesus, David, Tonomatu, Rodrigo and Juan are so helpful and friendly! Don’t hesitate if you’re seeking rest and relaxation within a gorgeous setting.

Great option for families

Well managed property. Great staff. The seaweed on the beach was a let down but kudos to the property for doing their best to clear out the weed. Dining options limited but the food was good at all locations.

Great for families!

The resort is beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious. The staff is amazing and does everything they can for each person. Food is very good and overall a good value. We went during off season so not much to do in the evenings beyond dinners (for teenagers) but besides that, we would go again!

Service was excellent,the all included option is well worth it, restaurants were all very good, great for kids, Spa was Out of this world.

I loved this all inclusive resort due to the beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were definitely on top of everything. We enjoyed the wonderful and delicious room service. The restaurant choices were great. Tauro the steak restaurant was pur favorite. I loved that the resort was not over crowded or loud. This was a very relaxing and enjoyable spot. Fernando and Jeronimo were amazing bartenders at the swim up bar. We will definitely be back.

Second time here and it did not disappoint. An unreal experience from arrival to departure, they really did not miss much if anything at all.

Absolutely AMAZING property!

Beautiful property! The staff were super friendly. Taro and Gaia were our favorite restaurants. Hix bar had good sushi too. We would come back to this resort again.
