The hotel is in the old city and close to all the main destinations like the cathedral, museum of the Galician people, parks, etc. The staff was super helpful, communicated very clearly in English (and were kind about my broken Spanish). They also helped arrange a taxi to the airport when we were leaving. The room was cozy, clean, and well airconditioned. Would highly recommend.

Room is clean. Nice hotel. Well located, just a few steps from the famous market. Front office staff were friendly, kind and very helpful. Both day and night staff, in particular Anibal, went out of their way to help me resolve my problem when I had to cancel my second and third nights because of health issues. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. It means so much when you are feeling ill in a foreign land.

Perfect place to rest legs after Camino. 200m from Cathedral de Santiago, in heart of old city center.

Everything was amazing except noise proofing walls. You could hear quite a lot from other rooms.

Really liked this place. Only downside was the safes in the room didn't work. But apart from that, stayed twice. Lovely location. Great staff.

Basic accommodations. Not enough towels, soap, etc. Convenient to Cathedral. Difficult to navigate if you have a car.

Lovely room, bright, airy and modern. Very nicely decorated and everything you'd expect in a 3 star hotel and right in the centre of the old town. Reception lady (Patricia) was particularly helpful and pleasant, ensuring you knew where to go, what to see and how to get there, offering to book restaurants for us and recommending places. Hotel is extremely well situated, 3 mins walk from the cathedral and on the doorstep of the market. Because the old town is only accessible by car if you are local residents, you have to leave your car in a public car park outside the walls of the old town, so beware if you have cases, there is a 5 mins uphill walk to get to the hotel. There is a lift but only seems to work during market hours. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend.

A pretty little property just a 5 minute (max) walk to the Cathedral. Staff were great and breakfast was well worth it. Very comfortable bed and good shower.

Loved location close to Camino and historic area. However there were large groups of loud teenaged that hung around hotel til 5:00am every night. So noice was a factor.

This is a cute lovely hotel in the historic part of the town. Everything is within walking distance. The staff are very nice and helpful and speak English. The rooms are clean and comfy.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of our journey on the Camino. It was absolutely perfect. The staff was kind and allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM after a long, rainy walk to Santiago the breakfast was incredible and well worth the price, the hotel is spotless, comfortable and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Santiago.
