Room was very nice, but needs some maintenance. Towel holder on the door missing and wall paper peeling. However, still a nice and quiet room. Parking was onsite, free, and accessible. Overall, hotel was very beautiful and is right on the river.

Great place to have a chill and relax vacation. We would definitely like to stay at Nabeya again.

Beautiful hotel. Situated by Kuma River, the sound of the water and the view from the room overlooking the river is giving peace and tranquility. Absolutely loved the quality of the onsen, which reminded me of the reddish colour and the mineral deposits from that of Tokachigawa onsen. We were served with yummy continental breakfast, but hoped half board would be an option on the booking site. A supermarket is right across the road. Lovely staff, always smiley.

The staff are extremely helpful. They help us make arrangements for the bus interchange and transport from the hotel to the interchange (with their vehicle). I was late for breakfast but they kept it open. The room is excellent value and its lovely looking out over the river. The sound of the running water is beautiful.

Excellent value. Large room on the river. Hotel hot spring was great, room furniture was a little bit old but that was to be expected. Staff tried hard to please. Close to various restaurants and bars. Will stay again.

It's great that the hotel sent car to pick up us at train station. And they also sent us to the station. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. There is not outdoor Onsen and the temperature is not warm enough. Overall, it's great stay.

The stay was great. Service was good too. Hotel is near supermarket and shops so it was very convenient to get what we needed.

人吉温泉にきたら、この旅館に寄らせてもらいます

素泊まりでしたが温泉にも入れて凄く良かったです。 次の日ひな祭りイベントが近くの青井阿蘇神社でありチェックアウト後で申し訳ないが駐車してもいいか尋ねたが気持ち良く了解を得てイベントも楽しめました。 スタッフの笑顔も素敵で主人との旅行が楽しいものとなった事に感謝します。

大浴場にサウナがありました。 新しくて綺麗です。 客室も広くベッドも大きく快適に過ごせました。

女将さんはじめ、スタッフがみなさん丁寧で良かった。食事が夜も朝も本当に美味しかったです。また行きたい旅館です。

チェックアウト後タクシーを待っている時に宿の女将と少しの時間の会話がほっこり､天気はあいにくの雨だったが､また来たいと思う宿になりました。

温泉のお湯も肌がすべすべになる温泉で最高でした。食事も洋食懐石で味も最高でした。 ホテルの方の対応も良くゆっくり過ごせました。

温泉の泉質は優しく、気持ちよかった。 日曜日ということもあり混雑することもなくゆっくりお湯に浸かることができました。 夕食は温泉地にはめずらしく洋食でとても美味くいただきました。人吉の美味しいパン屋さんのパンも美味しかった。 静かな空間でぐっすり眠れました。

일본식 다다미룸이 있고 옆에 서양식 싱글 침대가 두개있읍니다.룸이 넓고 편안합니다.남여 따로 대욕장이 있어서 머무르는 동안 잘 이용했읍니다.조식은 세트메뉴일때가 있고 뷔페식일때가 있었읍니다.숙박객이 많으면 뷔페, 숙박객이 적으면 세트메뉴를 주는거 같읍니다~부페식은 먹을만한데 세트메뉴는 별로였읍니다

駐車場は立体なので、ワンボックスなどは事前に確認したほうが良いです。
