The bedrooms are spacious, the staff are friendly, and there is a food court next to the hotel so it's easy to find food.

They try to scam you and ask you to pay more money at the hotel because they say the price you booked online is cheap! I had to call the police and make a big problem, then after they saw that I'm really serious about it and will make big problem for them, then they let me stay. Very bad service!

Don't be trapped by the cheap price listed on the application, because when you arrive at the hotel they ask for an additional RM. 30 for the additional cost of staying, because it's late, so you have to keep paying it. Room according to the price applied, but if you have to add a fee of Rm. 30 so it's more expensive. Staff ok. There are still hotels in the vicinity that may be better locations.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel service, spacious, clean, very comfortable room when entering the room all facilities are functioning well, parking is also great.

Good place to stay for transit passenger to georgetown. Don’t expect much just a budget hotel with friendly staff. Bed was a bit hard but everything is clean and in good condition.

3 people stay one room but there got only one power port to charge your electric device it was so horrible, then toilet basin bottom pipe was open can’t use it anymore what u gonna wash it came down strait to your legs.

The location is near to catch the morning train time, play to Penang can also ride fery if you have to stay at the butterworth, food / bank just a little way, the room is spacious and the price is okay.
