The staff was superb, especially Lisa! We were close to the train station and dining options. Their breakfast was fantastic!

I had a good experience during my stay. The service staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and of a good standard. The hotel is located close to the train station. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast selection was very good with plenty of options to choose from.

Overall experience was great, breakfast was superb with a huge choice, rooms were comfortable and it had a sports bar built onto the side. Only complaint was that it was a booking for 3 guys on a work course and I specifically booked a room for 3 with two single beds and a bunk bed. The two single beds were together with a double mattress on top and double sheets. Luckily we are all friends away from work aswell as work mates. My friend likes to sleep naked which was a bit scary, but I survived.

Had an amazing stay in one of the superior rooms. Staff was very accommodating and helpful in every way. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Good hotel,perfect location being close to the shopping centre and adjacent to the railway station.Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.I will be returning at a later date to this hotel.

Rummen var kokheta. Ingen bra tempkontroll +26 i rummet. Försökte öppna fönster för att få ner tempen vid 0200 men då är det sånt liv från trafiken. Nu har jag bott där 7 nätter på tre veckor och samma problem på alla rum. Dessutom inga fläktar att lpna ut. Detta var sista övernattningen på detta hotell. Bra personal dock.

Had a good stay at this hotel. The room and bed was comfortable. The front staff was friendly and let me put a couple of items in the fridge. The breakfast selection was really good and wifi worked well. I didn't get a chance to check out the sauna.

This hotel is about the only hotel in Katrineholm. It is about a 2 minute walk to the the train station and shopping areas. The hotel staff is very nice and all speak English really well. It was a little noisy at night but it's only a 3 story hotel. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel with nice breakfast buffet. Room was small but clean. Unfortunately the phones didn't work for outside calls during our stay.

Bra rum, god frukost. Det som drog ner betyget var att det var väldigt lyhört rum. Vilket ledde till att vi hörde grannarna. De slog i dörrar, härjade & festade högljutt mellan kl 01-03. Så nattsömnen stördes oerhört.

Helt okej boende, okej frukost. Ordinärt och godkänt.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen! Rent och fint. Rekommenderar!
