Friendly staff, super quick check-in experience. Good location, very nice breakfast, high-quality restaurant for dinner too.

Good location in the heart of Kajaani. Room was nicer than expected - bathroom was gorgeous, room was small but fine. Wifi was too weak to stream Netflix, fine, but otherwise a winner. Best part - it was -35C but had zero concerns as my car was in an attached heated garage for 8 euros that kept it at around 2C. After a freezing cold trip, thank you!

Good location and has almost everything you need for your business trip accommodation. Gym would be nice addition.

Decent vegan breakfast. Grocery stores within a walking distance. No minibar/fridge in standard rooms. Sauna is on until 9pm, the way there can be a bit tricky. Radiator in my room was not working (yet) so the room was a bit too chilly for my taste. Couldn’t adjust the AC. You can get excellent customer service from some of the staff though which compensates the minor flaws of the room. Thanks again for great customer service in the evening of 23.9.

The hotel was out of date and could use an upgrade. The hallway smelled like an old bar or worse. Inside the room we were alright opened the window for fresh air but sadly no air condition for warm days. We stayed 2 nights. We came from the Lahti area. For our Godsons confirmation. The guide on the tv did not show what was going to be playing or what was showing. Not very good instructions in English for where the sauna was or if we could use that.

Nice and clean hotel. Little bit narrow but short corridoor to the elevator can be difficulties if many luggages, wheel chair or baby chair etc with many people. Good breakfast. The gym is situated about 150 m away and need a different card which I did not get. The clerk at reception told me about and I found out the room key card is valid. It was not.

Ihan hyvä hotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Rauhallinen hotelli, mukava vastaanotto (kiitos kyseiselle henkilölle). Hyvä aamiainen ja myös siellä tervehdittiin mukavasti. Yksi asia kuitenkin vaikuttaa siihen etten varmaankaan pysty jatkossa käyttämään hotellia: huoneessa oli heikko ilmanvaihto, eikä siihen voinut itse vaikuttaa. Aukaistava ikkuna ratkaisisi asian.

Kulunut huone. Aamupala ja muut tilat ihan hyviä.

Erittäin hyvä huone, mistä iso plussa. Kännit Knissa jatkuu vielä, joten tulen uudestaan.

Valloittava ja lämminhenkinen palvelu, neljä teholaturia sisäpihalla, hienosti toteutettu remontti alimmassa majoituskerroksessa ja saunatiloissa, keskeinen sijainti.

Hyvät sängyt ja koiralle oli reilusti herkkuja.

Vanha hotellin mutta puhdas ja hyvää sijainti, henkilökunta näytti väsyneeltä, maailman onnellisin kanssa mutta tuntuvat onnettomalta.

Auto oven eteen. Kaikki toimi kuin ajatus. Testasin saunaosaston. Vastavalmistunut kaiketi. Kompakti, mutta riitti.

Hotelli oli siisti ja hiljainen. Hotelli oli keskeisellä paikalla ja parkkihalli aivan vieressä. Kylpyhuoneen kokonaisvalaistus oli hämärä. Peilin molemmin puolin hyvin himmeät lampetit, jotka oli asennettu niin matalalle, ettei niistä ollut apua peiliin katsoessa. Suurentava peili oli asetettu toisen lampetin eteen eli peittäen edelleen valaistusta. TV:n toiminnassa oli pulmia. Aamiainen oli vaatimaton. Hinta ei vastannut tarjottua tasoa. Isommalla paikkakunnalla yövyin heti perään, myös Sokos hotellissa, mutta edullisemmin.

Erityisen hyvää oli reipas ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ravintola-alue oli hyvin suunniteltu, toimiva ja kaunis. Avoin keittiö oli kiva. Ruoka oli oikein maistuvaa ja suklainen jälkiruoka ihana.
