The property is very convenient to the airport and the staff was extremely helpful. Special thanks to Rupal who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.

As always, food options for breakfast were great and the property was very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and clean and customer service was very prompt. Third time staying here and the consistency in quality and service was exceptional.

Location was perfect too.

Cant get an hour sleep because the person staying next room was going in and out of the room constantly at night. He was closing the door so forcefully that even my door was shaking. I thought this is a premium hotel where there will be no disturbance but felt like oyo room at night

Empty minibar upon check-in, cockroaches in room, room service which takes forever (an average response time of 30-45 mins)...never seen such a pathetic Marriott property ever

Very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Looked after luggage and allows use of the spa to clean before a flight.

Great property inside but horrible traffic and ambience outside. Indian restaurant not very good and should have better air-cooled outdoor space. Excellent service.

Executive Lounge was probably the nicest one I've seen, and well-stocked. The room was clean and exquisite, however the shower was a little malfunctioning. Unfortunately no easy way to walk to/from the airport, but they provided complimentary service to the airport. Packed lunches too. Great staff!

Noone cleaned my room between days or made my bed or brought water to my room. No hot water in the morning.

Stay was amazing and staff was ready to help. May be they had a someone who was in the training phase as that person was not sure about the WiFi access and on how to access some of in room facilities. But other staff member was able to help me with that so no complaints. Over all the stay was good and hotel, restaurant and the amenities were 4+ star rated.

Nice hotel very close to Mumbai airport, received a comp. upgrade. The breakfast buffet and the garden setting were outstanding!

Just stayed one night, staff and services were excellent and cooperative. Airport shuttle service inclusion was plus point. Also flexible for early check in and late check out !!

Beautiful hotel and really handy for the airport. only downside is £18 for a glass of pinot and £90 for a bottle which is excessive. Even more expensive than the Taj palace.

I checked in early and instead of 1 king they gave 2 double beds the room have very bad smell like sewer and then the mattress are also sinking in with spring noise and then when I was taking shower at 10.15 before checkout time the open the door very terrible service and old amenities very bad service
